Nutritious Snack: Healthy Cookies

We all know that after the first couple of days or weeks of January, often our best intentions have gone by the wayside as we start craving some sweet snack. Today’s recipe offers a perfect solution, keep your New Year’s goals and enjoy these healthy cookies.


2 mashed bananas

1 ⅔ Cups Rolled Oats

2 Tbls Ground Almonds

½ Tsp Cinnamon

1 ½ Cup Raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Pinch of Salt


Step 1 - Heat Oven to 400℉

Step 2 - Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 3 - Mix bananas, oats, ground almonds, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl to create a sticky dough.

Step 4 - Gently mix in the raspberries, keeping them as intact as possible.

Step 5 - Scoop out tablespoons of the dough and roll them into balls then place them evenly spaced on the baking sheets, flatten each gently.

Step 6 - Bake for 12 - 15 min or until cookies are golden brown.

Step 7 - Allow to cool, then enjoy!
